BFCCHS has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Data requested will be used for stated purposes only.

General/Site Registrants: Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address), unique identifiers, and demographic information. We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information they requested, information about our company and promotional material from some of our partners on an opt-out basis; users may opt-out of receiving future mailings. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor the visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences. This information is shared with advertisers on an aggregate, NON-personally identifiable basis.

E-commerce/Online store transaction: Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), unique identifiers, financial information (like their account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like their zip code, age, or income level). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about our company, and promotional material from some of our partners to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary to aid in order fulfillment/delivery. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings. Financial information that is collected is used ONLY to bill the user for products and services.

Children's Guidelines
BFCCHS does not sell products or services to anyone under age 18 by use of credit card without parental consent.  BFCCHS will NOT collect contact information from anyone under age 13. Without prior parental consent, online information will only be used to respond directly to the child's request and will not be used for other purposes without prior parental consent. BFCCHS will NOT entice by the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity, to divulge more information than is needed to participate in the activity. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and parents should exercise caution when allowing children access to these features where they may disclose personal information.

Policy Evaluation
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 will evaluate this policy's compact policy whenever it is used with a cookie. The actions IE will take depend on what privacy level the user has selected in their browser (Low, Medium, Medium High, or High; the default is Medium. In addition, IE will examine whether the cookie's policy is considered satisfactory or unsatisfactory, whether the cookie is a session cookie or a persistent cookie, and whether the cookie is used in a first-party or third-party context. This section will attempt to evaluate this policy's compact policy against Microsoft's stated behavior for IE6.
